Got a call from a woman named Ava claiming to be from IFN, which I reckon was just a ploy to pitch me shares in The India Fund. She kept going on about earning 27% returns through some exclusive investment deal. I’m pretty sure they tracked down my job details on LinkedIn, but I can’t get over the cheek they had ringing the company’s main line over and over asking for me. Also, no clue how they got my private mobile number. Total scam, just annoying cold calls that I didn’t ask for.
