I just got a call from someone purporting to be from T-Mobile, claiming they had a lovely deal for a new contract at a lower rate. However, we're already tied into a contract that doesn't finish until the 9th of October. Sounds a bit off, doesn’t it?

101 Cell are nothing but crooks. They spun a yarn to snag our business. We were promised that our new agreement would match the price of our previous one with Three, and that it would be for the same type of contract (1100 mix & match). But as soon as the documents arrived, we realised it was for a business contract that cost us considerably more than before. Luckily, we hadn’t activated the phone yet, and when we reached out to Orange for clarification, they revealed that it was 101 Cell who had roped us into this deal. We promptly sent the phone back and terminated the contract.

101 Mobile - STEER CLEAR, I say! It's a right disaster, akin to catching the plague. You can tell their staff have been reading a handbook that basically says: "Sell rubbish no matter what!" It's truly a cautionary tale.

I’d like to take a moment to express my gratitude toward 101 Cell for their remarkable service. After a rather dreadful experience with Vodafone, I was pleasantly surprised when Kevin from 101 Cell reached out to us. He proposed a marvellous deal: 900 minutes, unlimited texts, calls to landlines, and internet access for just £35 a week. This has truly made a difference in our budget. The delivery of our phone was impressively quick, arriving the very next day, and the transition of our number happened seamlessly over the course of the month. So far, I haven’t encountered any issues at all. I’ve already recommended 101 Mobile to friends and family. A huge thank you to Kevin and the entire team at 101 for their fantastic support!
