Without a doubt, this is a scam and spam call. I've blocked the number and reported it to Ofcom under 7726. They say all phone companies and the police forces are on it, including Scotland Yard and even the US Pentagon. This massive scam has been ruining lives since 2015, and now I have to live cautiously, guarding my privacy from now on. Got the same scam ring on my phone again today, and honestly, it just leaves me gobsmacked and furious.
