I received a call from some chaps trying to promote investing in premium wines, but I can’t recall the name of the company they were representing. Definitely seems like a telemarketer to me!

What a brazen character! This person is relentless in their efforts to coax you into splashing out on wine, attempting to corner you into feeling a bit sheepish about it. And then they have the audacity to ask for a deposit just to keep the prices locked in for a fortnight! I kept saying “no”, yet they just slammed the phone down on me. It would certainly be amusing to have a bit of cash handy to lure this swindler over, just to give him a taste of his own medicine with that ridiculous twelve percent interest rate-the sort of daylight robbery that only the most unscrupulous would propose!

He keeps pestering me with his wine investment pitches. It's rather off-putting and verging on harassment, to be honest.
