Got a random call from a woman with an Asian accent saying she was from BT, saying my internet was hacked or something. She totally dodged any questions about what part of BT she worked for or where she was. Felt like a complete scam to me. Also, why on earth would a proper BT worker ring from a mobile phone, especially when it sounded like she was in a call centre? Seems dodgy to me.
