Got a call claiming to be from my bank's security team, so I just ended the call straight away.

Got a robocall from someone saying they were from "bank security" about some dodgy payments on my account. As soon as they connected me to their so-called call centre, the line just dropped, but I could catch loads of chatter and what sounded like Indian voices in the background. Pretty sure it was one of those refund scams. They usually run the same trick: first, say they're going to refund a fake charge, then claim they've paid me too much, and finally try to get you to buy gift cards and send the codes over. Classic scam stuff.
