Then I asked which finance company it was, no answer again. I told her I’ve never had HP, PCP, or any debts like that. She said it was about a car, so I asked for the company name so I could take legal action for providing false info. She refused to say, citing GDPR. I told her I knew the GDPR rules well, then she said she’d get her manager. But then about 20 seconds later the call just cut off.
