We're utterly stumped as to the identity of this caller.

We received a call from this number, and the chap on the line claim she was calling about a supposed claim we made in the last three years - which, I must stress, is completely untrue! The moment we notified him of this, he became exceedingly rude and abruptly disconnected the call! When we tried to ring back to understand how they acquired our number, she rudely hung up again! It really comes across as a rather dodgy operation, and the person behind this seems to exude an air of unbearable arrogance, lacking any sense of decency. They’re eager to ask us all sorts of questions yet refuse to provide any answers themselves!
