Got a call from a bloke in a call centre, sounded Indian, saying there was some dodgy stuff on my Amazon account. I asked him which email they had on file for it. Thing is, I don’t even have an Amazon account now, though I had one ages ago, and the email tied to it isn’t one I use regularly or easily guessed. As soon as I said that, he just ended the call straight away.
