Got a call saying a package was waiting for me as it hadn’t been scanned properly at the depot. They asked for my info and if I still wanted it delivered. When I asked if they could just send the details to my phone number (which they obviously already had since they called me), they said no, they only do things by email. Bit strange if you ask me.
