I’ve spent like half an hour chatting with these lot, who somehow know my name and email. They claim there’s 20 grand sitting in some crypto wallet from 2017 that I have to ‘reactivate’ or it’ll rack up a tax bill of 2500 a year. Feels dodgy as hell - they’ve rung me up four times in the past couple of months already. Definitely seems like a scam to me.

My mum got a message from someone claiming it was their new number and saying "Mum". Sounds like one of these scam things to me. Better not to reply to stuff like that.
