Got a few calls like this recently, all from different mobiles within about 7 minutes. First, there’s a pause, then a click, followed by a woman with a British accent asking if you can hear her. If you don’t answer, they just hang up. Sounds like one of those energy scams to me. The numbers that popped up on my phone were 07824 312728 and 07900 316188, although I missed jotting down one of them.
