This lot said they were from an insurance firm and that I was due some kind of payout, which wasn’t true at all. I told them straight to remove me from their call list. Things got heated quickly - we ended up shouting and swapping insults. He said some really crude stuff and called me out with names. I was proper angry, and there’s no way they were being professional talking like that.
