I received a text stating, "You could be eligible for £5000 in compensation due to your recent accident. To claim, simply reply with CLAIM, or to opt out, text STOP." I suspect that if someone responds with STOP, they could end up racking up charges without realising it. Just how illegal is this, I wonder?
