I’m a bit confused about who exactly is behind this. Just a short while before this number kept ringing me, I had a call from a different mobile warning me that my National Insurance number was at risk. Soon after, this number began bombarding me with calls, and whenever I answered, they’d just hang up. Judging from the comments here, it seems like it might be someone trying to scam or trick you, but considering that other call I got claiming to be from the NCA about my NI number, it could be fraudsters pretending to be official too. Either way, I’ve just blocked them now.
