I usually receive calls on my mobile so I'm always wary when I get landline calls. When I answered this one there was just a long silence and then it disconnected. I'm assuming from seeing the comments left by another user, and that a number of others have checked this number, that it was probably a similar scam call

Got a call from some bloke with a strong Indian accent claiming to be Frank Watson from BT. I asked why they were ringing me about my internet being rubbish. He just kept going on about my postcode and said their team was calling everyone around here. I told him straight up I knew it was a scam and suggested maybe he should find a proper job instead of tricking people. Then he went on to threaten they'd cut off my internet. I just ended the call, but honestly, someone who falls for this could get caught out big time.
