Got a text saying "Virgin: Your monthly payment didnt go through, to keep using the service update your billing details at [#]virginmedia-billing[###]". I know exactly when my bill is due and they never text a phone number like that. This really annoyed me coz folks who arent so tech-savvy could easily get caught out. Proper scam artists.
