I never pick up calls from numbers I don’t know and always tell them to leave a message. They left this one saying something about £199 and to enter a verification code 018874 on your payment screen. If you didn’t make the payment to press one to talk to someone from Nat West security. Then they said hold times are at least two minutes… I just ignored it completely!
