A rather pompous chap had the audacity to demand a direct line to our Managing Director, proclaiming, "I'm Brian Edwards from DSL." When pressed for the purpose of his call, he merely insisted, "Just transfer me; he knows me." His attitude was nothing short of rude when my colleague informed him that our Managing Director was out of the office today (which he indeed was). It’s safe to say, our MD has no clue who he is. Bravo to you, insufferable pratt! Now, everyone here is well aware not to lend assistance when you ring up.
