Had the same ‘dad save……’ text followed by: I need to make a payment today but can't for 24 hours until my new number is added to my online banking. Would you be able to make the transfer on my behalf if I send you the details and I'll pay you back tomorrow, please? The total is £1,645 if that’s okay? I texted back asking them to phone me. The phone rang with a lot of noise followed by a text message saying, “I can’t hear you, can you hear me?” Smells like a disgusting thieving rat.
