On 2nd June, over about 40 minutes, I got three calls all from this number and a couple others that looked quite similar. All sounded like typical scams, with the people pretending to be from Amazon Prime. Once I questioned them, they just hung up straight away. I used to have an Amazon Prime account but cancelled it a while ago, just like many others probably have. It feels like they might be fishing for info or worse, could’ve managed to get hold of Amazon’s customer details somehow. That’s really worrying, not just annoying. Stay cautious out there!

I've seen this scam before, it’s the same sort of thing mentioned under 'Caller Identification' here and in my earlier posts about similar 07845 numbers. They’re fishing for Amazon Prime users, so watch out. It’s pretty risky stuff.
