Got a missed call but decided not to ring back after seeing the info above. Have since blocked the number.

Some bloke named Dave rang claiming he was from trade[###]e, but when I asked why, he didn’t really give a proper answer. Then he launched into some spiel about online investments and all that. I told him straight away I wasn’t interested and hung up, coz I had a dodgy call like that a few months back. They were proper pushy. I only picked up ‘cos the number looked like a mobile I recognised. I’ve gone and blocked it now.

They had my full name and even my nickname? They were mentioning some sort of online investment firm. Watch out, this is definitely a scam.

Missed the first call on my mobile, so I called back from my work phone; it just keeps saying "the other person ended the call". Bit disappointing, was hoping for a decent conversation. By the way, to the one who said it might be dangerous and to contact O2 and the cops, I reckon the police have more important stuff to deal with.

Got a couple of calls from someone claiming I’d checked out their site, which I honestly never have. She said they give free investment tips. When I said I wasn’t interested, she told me not to be so doubtful and that it wasn’t a scam, just advice. Really pushy though.

Got a call from trade[###] wanting to give me some advice. They had my name, which was weird cause I’ve never dealt with them before. When I said I wasn’t interested in “stocks or investments,” they kinda snapped back saying I didn’t understand what I was talking about. Really pushy and sounded desperate to keep me talking.

Got a call from this number earlier, answered it since it looked like a mobile and they actually knew my name. It was some foreign guy trying to get me to put money into an online scheme. I nicely said I wasn’t interested and then blocked them straight away.

Got a call from a bloke with an Indian accent claiming to be from Trade[###]. I told him I wasn’t interested but he just kept going on, so I had to hang up. Proper sneaky tactic, using a UK mobile number to make it seem like a mate’s calling, just to get people to pick up.

Didnt pick up, but I’m guessin it was another one of them trading scams. I told them before to stop calling, so a bit gutted I didnt answer cause I would have loved to tell them to buzz off for good.

It seemed to be a woman with an Asian accent, quite difficult to catch what she was saying but she finally spelled out "trade[###]." She rambled about the company or whatever it was, not entirely sure if it was legit or just a front using their website. Then she connected me to someone claiming to be an "account manager." She went on with some more talk, but I declined since it felt sketchy. When I said no, she didn’t try to convince me or argue, just said "ok, thank you" and ended the call.
