Got a call from someone pretending to be from HMRC, sounded like a scam straight away. They gave me a strict warning and told me to press 1 to carry on. The person spoke in really bad English and was clearly reading from a script, asking for my name, postcode, and date of birth. I thought I’d have a bit of fun with it and said my birthday was 01/02/1902 - even though that’d make me 120 years old! They didn’t even bat an eye. Proper funny!
