Pretty sure this number is connected to Gumtree. I got a message from someone asking about a car I’m selling, but they only gave an email to reply to, which seemed dodgy. The email was dab22b@gmaill###, so watch out for that one. Another suspicious address linked is lizzystackman@gmaill###, with the name Lizzy Stackman. It’s definitely a usual scam on Gumtree ads. They claim they’ll pay the full price upfront, then send a fake PayPal pending payment showing £400 more than agreed, asking you to send that extra via a courier to cover collecting the car. Don’t fall for it!
