Received a message saying I’d been near someone who’s meant to be isolating. I hadn’t, so I did a bit of digging and found out it’s actually a scam linked to people who entered an ITV competition. Definitely don’t tap on any links in that text!

Got a call from 07842933438 just now, and I have no clue who it was. I usually block any number I don’t know straight away, so that’s what I did with this one. Pretty sure it was some kind of scam.

I got a text telling me I’d been near someone who’s isolating and I should get a PCR test from https://pcr-home-testkit.com. It was pretty dodgy, didn’t actually mention coronavirus straight up but gave that vibe. Definitely a scam - not very clever either, since it was obvious it wasn’t from the NHS at all.
