I received an automated call insisting that there was a suspicious transaction linked to my card and urged me to press 1 to get details and halt the transaction. It's clearly a scam. I used 1471 to find out the number of the caller.

Total rip off alert! Got a call supposedly from my bank saying £300 was spent on Amazon and £1000 sent overseas. They told me to press 1 if I okay’d it or 2 if I didn’t. Didn’t fall for it, hung up straight away and then looked it up here.
