A family member got a call from this number about loft insulation and it really sounded legit at first. Luckily, they caught on before sharing any personal info. Still, it’s left them feeling pretty anxious and concerned about security, which is just not right. It’s quite disturbing that the person on the phone mentioned government help to trick people into trusting them and even set up a home visit. Definitely creepy experience. I’d say steer clear of this number and make sure to flag it as suspicious.

Some bloke phoned saying we should arrange a survey for roof insulation. He brought up this product Lapolla as something better than what we’ve got, also chatting about a possible Government grant to cover the costs. Honestly, I reckon that’s a bit of a stretch for us! I just told him I’d look into it more before deciding and hung up. Funny to see loads of others found the call annoying too.

Got a call from a lady who knew our names and even checked our address with us. She mentioned something about our loft not meeting the current standards. Bit odd, really.
