Got a call today from an automated voice claiming to be from "Bank security", saying there was some dodgy activity on my account, something like £300 spent on Amazon. Right away, I knew it was fishy - they didn't say which bank they were supposedly from. Then they wanted me to punch in my details or speak to an advisor. Banks don't operate this way, and there's no way they'd ring from an O2 number! Be careful and definitely don’t engage with these calls. Report them if you can.
