FYI, if you attempt to notify ups's fraud team about this, your complaint won't even get through - they just aren't interested in hearing about it.

I think this is one of those delivery scams. I was actually waiting for a parcel, but instead of telling me how to meet the driver or where to pick it up, they just warned me I might get charged for missing the delivery. That honestly set off my alarm bells straight away.
