Got a voicemail on my landline saying it’s from BT and they’ve been trying to reach me about stopping my phone and internet due to illegal stuff being found. They told me to press 1 to talk to someone. This is definitely a scam. I haven’t been with BT in over three decades and didn’t even have internet back then. Don’t ever hit 1 with these calls!

Got a voicemail on my landline saying it was from BT, saying they’ve been trying to reach me about some illegal stuff and that my phone and internet would be cut off if I don’t press 1 to talk to them. This is total rubbish, I haven’t been a BT customer in like 30 years and I’ve never even had internet with them. Definitely a scam, so don’t press 1 under any circumstances!
