Got a voicemail today, same old spiel about some payment of £199 to Amazon and an £899 international money order. They said I hadn’t used this payment before and asked me to press 1 to approve or 2 to chat with customer support. Classic scam that just won’t quit. Stay clear - it’s just thieves trying to steal your info.

This number called me at 8:03 in the morning. A lady with what sounded like an Eastern European accent said something like “BT Openreach Broadband here. How’re you?” I told her I was pretty annoyed since she’d disturbed my sleep, then hung up without saying more. Seems fishy to me - a proper company wouldn’t be calling so early, that’s just rude. I reckon it’s some sort of scam.
