Complete rip off. They ring from all sorts of numbers. You block 1 and then another close number shows up. Some guy with a dodgy Indian accent chatting about unsecured debts. Just dont answer, BLOCK!

They said they were a UK government backed debt consolidation company, sounded proper legit but there was loads of noise in the background. Plus, she kept calling me Janice, no idea who that is, I’m a bloke. Blocked straight away.

The caller said their name was Rick and sounded like they were ringing from India. I just ended the call and put the number on block.

these callers really do my head in. since it shows as a private number, theres no way to tell who's ringin. all the stuff they try to get from possibly vulnerable folks could so easily be used for identity theft or scams. its shocking how much time and energy the police spend on minor issues while these scammers carry on without a care, knowing they probably wont get caught or punished.
