BEWARE OF SCAMS ASKING YOU TO CLICK LINKS! Always report scam calls or messages straight to the police fraud site. Search for ‘Action Fraud’ and head to ‘police.uk’. There’s a section for ‘reporting phishing attempts’ where you can find all the info you need. After reading everything, just put in the scam details you have, including any URLs or links you saw. You don’t need to sign up or give personal info unless you’ve lost money. The only way authorities can track these fraudsters is if we all report these incidents. Don’t ignore suspicious calls or texts!

Beware, folks! This one's a proper con aimed at nabbing your card info and personal tidbits. It leaves you a dodgy message claiming that a chap named Kevin attempted to drop off a parcel and urges you to click a link for rescheduling the delivery. The site is half-heartedly branded as “Post Office” but lacks any clear indication of which delivery service it’s supposedly representing. Once you bite and enter your postcode, it leads you down the rabbit hole, asking for your name, address, and email - you could literally type in any old information, and it’ll still say there's a parcel on the way for you with a £1.59 delivery charge. Then, just when you think you’re all set, it throws a fit about your card details being 'invalid'. It's quite possibly one of the more believable ones I've encountered, and the site seems semi-legit at first glance, so do take care!

I received a text saying that a parcel addressed to someone named Kevin couldn't be delivered. To top it off, there was a dodgy link included, branded with the name 'Parcel Depot'. Definitely sounds like a scam!

So, I got a message this morning saying Kevin tried to drop off a parcel but nobody was in. They want me to sort a new delivery date here: https://parcel-depot-gb[.]com. This is actually the second time I’ve had a text like this, and it’s come from another different number! The timing is a bit better at 6.20am compared to the last time it was at something silly like 4.15am, but it’s still dodgy. Definitely blocking this number now.
