This was a bit dodgy, they claimed the old test kits can’t catch Omicron so I needed to get a free PCR kit sent to my home. But then they said I had to give my card info to cover postage! It looked just like the proper NHS site as well, quite sneaky if you ask me!

There’s been a couple of posts about what you need to do to try and put an end to these dodgy foreign scammers stealing money from folk who can’t really afford it and pestering everyone else. It’s a bit of a faff but I’ve been reporting scam texts and calls to the police database regularly - got the link saved in my bookmarks. The problem is, it needs loads of people to keep reporting before anything proper happens, but every day thousands do report scams here. Don’t expect a quick fix if you report them, but if nobody bothers, these crooks will just keep on ripping people off.
