Got a dodgy call saying my Royal Mail parcel couldn't be delivered because my address was incomplete. Total scam.

Got a message today (03.11.23 at 13:07) from this number 07840 188721 claiming to be from Royal Mail saying they couldn’t deliver a parcel because the address was incomplete. My phone’s Knox security flagged it as spam, so I reported it right away. The link in the text directs you to a bogus Royal Mail site, where you can fill out your name, address and phone number, but then it tries to get you to enter your credit card info, saying you’ll be charged £1.02 if the parcel can’t be delivered a second time. Absolutely a scam, no doubt about it. I’ve marked it as spam with my mobile network as well.

Got a message from this number claiming to be Royal Mail, asking me to follow a link... not really sure what parcel they’re on about as I’m not waiting for anything. Didn’t tap the link though 🤨
