I’ve had a bit of a bother with the numbers 07838333884 and 07838333885 showing up on our new Three mobile bill. We’ve touched base with Three to query these charges since we certainly aren’t placing those calls. Apparently, they insist that we are, referencing the aforementioned numbers. The timings they provided align suspiciously with moments when we tried to sort out our Skype setup or placed a call without connecting. Is it possible that Skype is stealthily charging us for attempts or failed calls, or could it be that Three has made a mistake in billing us for this? It’s all rather puzzling!
