I was fuming because I don’t owe a penny and have never missed or delayed a payment. I told him flat out he was being really rude making those claims and asked where he got that info from. He refused to explain but insisted he was right. I was beyond annoyed and asked to speak to his supervisor, warning him not to hang up on me - but, of course, he did anyway!
