Then, abruptly, the line went silent. I must admit, it’s left me rather uneasy that they were asking for us so specifically!

She claimed to be representing 3 Mobile, which I currently use as well. Then she bizarrely inquired whether we were on a contract or pay-as-you-go plan. The moment we pointed out that she ought to already know this information from her time at 3, she promptly hung up! Quite an unusual encounter, if you ask me.
