Oddly enough, they already seemed to have my address, and mentioned they’d send correspondence outlining who they were. However, nothing has arrived in the post as of yet. Quite baffling, really!

We decided to ring it back using our home phone, and to our surprise, we ended up speaking to Lowell Finance. They're a debt collection agency based in Leeds. We made sure not to share any of our personal information! It's rather peculiar, don't you think? Why on earth would a mobile number lead directly to a call centre like that?

Certainly, that was undoubtedly Lowell! When we called the number again, it directed us straight to their call centre. The representatives asked for our date of birth and other personal details, but we declined to provide that information. After that initial contact, they never returned our call.
