I’d wager she’s not genuinely associated with Orange at all, especially since she seemed rather clueless when she inquired about whether we were on a contract or pay-as-you-go plan.

I've received an incessant stream of calls regarding a supposed phone upgrade, and to be honest, I'm quite sceptical about the whole thing. Supposedly, our new telephone was meant to arrive by Thursday, 22nd July 2010, but here we are with no sign of it. It's quite baffling as they had all our details too! A woman with an accent that sounded a bit of a curious blend between Scottish and Australian rang my wife, Margaret. It was all rather peculiar, really!
