Got a call saying HMRC was looking into me, started with a recorded voice, then asked to press 1 to chat with someone. When I did, some bloke with an Asian accent picked up, but there was loads of racket like he was in some busy call centre. I just told him I’d be reporting the call to the cops and hung up. They never rang me back after that.
