when I tried calling back, it said the number wasn’t recognised, but since the call had already dropped, I searched online and found it on this site.

This number has rang me like 7 times over the past couple of days. I don't bother picking up anymore, and it never leaves a message on my answerphone, probably 'cause I flagged it as a dodgy scam call.

I got a few calls over the past couple of days from people claiming to be with TalkTalk saying my router was acting up. All the callers were guys and spoke with a strong Indian accent. I just hung up on them straight away.
