Got a strange call on my landline from a recorded female voice claiming my credit card was just used to buy stuff from Amazon and some other place I couldn’t catch. The start of the message was muffled, so I couldn’t tell who was calling. After checking my bank and credit card online, there was no sign of any such purchases. I also contacted Amazon directly, and they said nothing was bought on my account lately, plus my card isn’t saved with them. I haven’t called the number back and I’m sure it’s some kind of scam.
