Got a call warning me £760 had been taken from my bank and to get in touch with their advisor. I rang my bank myself and found out it was all a lie. I’ve blocked the number and reported it now.

This morning I got a call claiming to be from my credit card fraud team, saying there were two strange charges on my account. I instantly recognised it as a scam since the voice sounded identical to other scam calls I’ve had before - you could tell it was a fake AI voice. I just ended the call straight away and put the number on my block list.
