Some bloke called Eric from this blockchain company got in touch, saying he managed to retrieve some forgotten funds I had from way back in 2017. Apparently, it’s about 2.6 bitcoins, worth around 166k after some kind of mining stuff. He wants me to follow his steps to reactivate my wallet and unfreeze my account. The catch? He says I have to "add" 0.3 bitcoin into my wallet first, which is about £400 - sounds dodgy to me. Definitely not putting any money in. I don’t trust this guy one bit.
