I picked up the phone but there was nothing on the other end, just silence. After a moment, a woman’s voice came through, saying something about a car finance case. When I asked which company she was from, her reply was really hard to understand. Then, when I wanted to know where she was calling from, she ended the call straight away.

Got a call from a recorded message claiming to be from bank security. They said there was a suspicious train ticket charge on my card and asked if it was me. They never mentioned which bank though! Very strange.
