This morning I got a voicemail from a "female" voice - though it sounded a bit robotic - saying there were two big charges on my account: £199 from Amazon and £899 from Vue. The message said I'd never used these services before and gave options to press 1 to approve or 2 to speak to their Security Team. We’ve never used Vue at all, but have definitely bought stuff from Amazon before, so this claim was clearly bogus. Nothing’s been taken from my account yet, thankfully. It feels like a really dodgy scam. I’ve checked the number carefully and made sure I noted it down properly.
