Feeling really intimidated here. Someone rang me saying my insurance direct debit hadn’t gone through and if I didn’t sort it immediately, bailiffs would be sent round to deal with it. I told them I’m not even a client with them and they just started swearing before hanging up. Have blocked the number now.
