He was pushing me to buy new windows which I’m not interested in at all. I told him I’d been looking into grants for loft and cavity wall insulation, but he kept saying cavity wall insulation was a bad idea because it’d make my house damper. Then, the moment I mentioned I couldn’t afford it, he just disconnected the call, even though earlier he said a partial grant was possible. Proper rude behaviour!1 yearAbsolute harassment!
