I got one like that too but just went ahead and blocked the number. The text about Track and Trace isn’t actually working anymore, at least that’s what I heard. When it did work, the phone number usually began with 0300 and they’d ring you up afterwards. Definitely looks like spam to me. x

Got a message saying I'd been near someone in isolation with a link to get a PCR test kit - but it wasn’t from the usual NHS number I’ve seen before. Normally, these alerts come straight from the NHS. Plus, they don’t even ask close contacts to order PCR tests now, so it felt dodgy to me. I blocked and reported it straight away.

Got a text claiming I’d been near someone self-isolating and telling me to get a test kit. There was a link included but I didn’t click on it since it looked dodgy and not at all like the official messages I’ve had from Test & Trace before. Looks like it might be a scam to me.
